Lauren Reid, Content Editor
A senior at OU, Lauren Reid is currently the Content Editor at The Oakland Post. Majoring in Public Relations and minoring in English and Communication, she has hopes to work in sports PR or digital media.
Ever since taking her first journalism class, Lauren developed a love for newswriting. She began working at The Post in January 2020 and is extremely grateful for the opportunity to develop her skills in such a fun, flexible setting. As Content Editor, she hopes to help create a comfortable & accepting environment where everyone can learn, grow and work effectively as a team.
In her free time, Lauren loves watching Red Wings hockey, grabbing coffee with friends, listening to One Direction and playing fetch with her australian shepherd, Scout.
