Autumn Okuszka, Content Editor
Autumn Okuszka is the current Content Editor at The Oakland Post. A senior at OU, she is majoring in journalism.
Autumn's relationship with The Post began in the summer of 2022 through the contributor program. Writing articles about pandemic learning and "Impractical Jokers," Autumn officially became a "postie" in the 2022-2023 school year as a Features Reporter.
Working for The Post allows Autumn to meet so many people, each with their own unique story. Her most notable contributions so far are "Oxford High School at one year: Ella Klimowicz’s resiliency," "OU Counseling Center introduces Grizz Recovery Program," and the seven-part "Keeper of the Dream Award" series.
Autumn is eager to tell more important stories and looks forward to continuing her relationship with The Oakland Post as the Content Editor. She also hopes to help aspiring students begin writing for The Post through the contributor program.
In her spare time, Autumn enjoys watching reality TV and sitcoms (especially the quotable classics like Seinfeld) and likens her music taste to that of a 50-year-old man, listening to Billy Joel and other classic rock artists.
