Bridget Janis is Managing Editor of The Oakland Post. A senior majoring in Journalism and minoring in Graphic Design, she has taken on varied responsibilities in her four years at The Post. From writing stories to  designing pages, to becoming a section editor to entering her most recent role as Managing Editor, Janis always finds her way to the heart of whatever's going on at the newspaper.

When she's not putting in hours at The Post, Janis spends her time watching horror movies and hanging out at Olive Garden. The only thing bigger than her love for journalism, is her love for breadsticks. Janis also competes as a member of Atomic Pom, a Metro-Detroit collegiate pom team.

This year Janis hopes to continue her growth as a writer and editor. She plans on using the skills she's accumulated the last four years to help her coworkers at The Post do their best work.
