Cael Tanner, Features Editor
Cael Tanner is a senior at Oakland University majoring in Journalism. Having first engaged with the medium in high school, Tanner began his studies as an OU transfer student in the fall of 2024 after graduating from Schoolcraft College. He joined the Post in the summer of 2025, specializing in local feature stories.
Outside of his coverage of notable figures and events on and around campus, Tanner pursues interests in music, film and photography. His narrative approach is informed by these mediums and extends beyond the page to digital photography, video and the occasional song.
