Mallory Waligora, Content Editor
Mallory is a senior majoring in International Relations and Public Relations. She joined The Post in 2023 where she covered a national beat as a political reporter and became the political editor in the spring of 2024. Now, she serves as the content editor, where she lends a hand in every section and works on the editorial board to oversee the newspaper’s direction.
Mallory covers a general OU beat, reporting on anything from institutional updates to public urination to the police department to Spikeball tournaments, campus events, dining or student life.
One summer, Mallory lived out of only a backpack and interrailed across Europe (seriously, packing light as a girl is an art form.) She studied abroad in Prague, where she learned some Czech and ate her entire body weight in goulash. On campus, you can catch her playing on OU’s recreational pickleball team. Her favorite things are pierogi, pickles, Julia Child and a hot dog at a sporting event.
