Chelsea Bossert, Arts Reporter
Chelsea Bossert is a junior at Oakland University in the Journalism Media Studies program. Chelsea has always had an interest in Journalism, writing for her high school and previous college’s newspaper before coming to Oakland University in the winter of 2023.
Chelsea began writing for the Oakland Post as an arts reporter in the summer of 2023. She primarily writes about music, the arts around campus, and pop culture. Her passion for everything music does not stop at the post. Chelsea also works at WXOU as their Music Director and collects CDs, vinyl, and cassettes in her free time. Her favorite artists are Animal Collective, Beach House, and Wilco.
After graduating, Chelsea plans to take her arts journalism skills and work for a media magazine such as Pitchfork or Rolling Stone.
