Sophia Curran, Content Editor
Sophia is a Sophomore majoring in Sociology at OU. She joined The Post as a politics and features reporter in winter of 2025. Later that summer, became the politics editor and has been serving as The Post’s politics provider since. She covers global and national politics, spanning from international relations and global events to Michigan’s own legislature. In addition, she has a law column, “This Week in Law,” where she covers important news emerging from the law scene.
When she’s not writing or stressing over the current state of the world, you can find her regressing back into her grandma lifestyle—including knitting, sleeping and most importantly, watching the Great British Bake off. Her favorite media includes Jeff Buckley, documentaries in general and reading book classics (which she never finishes).
