OUSC – BAJARA

OUSC will host BAJARA, an Indian celebration of the harvest festival Pongal, will be held Jan. 24 from noon to 1 p.m.

The event will take place in the Fireside Lounge and will feature dancers, music, henna artist and traditional food.

 

OU Percussion Day featuring Miguel Gutierrez

The OU Percussion Day will be held Jan. 26 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Varner Hall.

The day will be filled with various classes taught by faculty and guests artist like Miguel Gutierrez. Gutierrez is based out of New York and is well known in the dance and music world.

Winter Career Fair

Oakland University Career Services will host a Winter Career Fair Jan. 30, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Oakland Center Banquet Rooms.

Close to 70 employers offering co-ops, internships and full-time career opportunities are registered to attend.
