‘Employees Only’ art exhibit open through October 11

Despite the imposing “Employees Only” sign, all are welcome to the Oakland University Art Gallery to view work by OU’s full-time studio art and graphic design faculty.
“I’m always trying to expose our programming to students,” said Dick Goody, director of the gallery and associate professor of art. “They can see the breadth and range of our teachers.”
“Employees Only” opened Sept. 11 and will be on display through Oct. 11. Eight faculty members submitted these pieces and artist statements to the exhibition.
The gallery is open Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., and is free to the public.
