Brock served several deployments in Afghanistan and Kuwait, and was highly decorated before he came to Oakland University
When he came to Oakland as a freshman last season, the program had to petition the NCAA to make him eligible. He played one season, and then announced during the summer that he was leaving the team to focus on his classwork.
