August Wicker is currently a junior at OU majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Advertising. He began working as a graphic designer at The Oakland Post in Winter 2025. He enjoys all things crafty, colorful and clownish.

August also works as a Peer Mentor for the Center of Multicultural Initiatives, is the social media manager and a member of the Gold Grizzlies Band, and is the vice president of the Meadow Brook Ball Committee.
