At 11:22 on January 20th, 2009 (when this photo was snapped) President Bush was still our president.  The entire world would watch, as 45 minutes later,  Barack Obama was sworn in on the steps of the  Capitol.

Here at Oakland University, hundreds of students gathered around a  projector screen set up  to witness history.  I haven’t seen any event on campus like this , and it was truly a day to remember for everyone.  Where were you on Inauguration day?
