Oakland University’s radio station WXOU has been selected as a top 10 contender for the 2013 mtvU College Radio Woodie Award, after being narrowed down from a group of 25.

Voting, which is unlimited, takes place now through March 14.

The mtvU Woodie Award is meant to award music voted best by college students, as well as the college radio stations that provide the music. This is WXOU’s first nomination.

Other nominees include Michigan State University’s radio station, WDBM.
