CELEBRATING 50 YEARS // On Saturday, Sept. 19, the Lowry Center for Early Childhood Education held their 50th Anniversary and Rededication. Anticipating another 50 years of achievement, a time capsule was filled with various items, some of which were birthday cards made by the children who attend Lowry currently.
