Musachio out: Head baseball coach’s contract not renewed
Oakland University baseball head coach John Musachio was let go from Oakland University Athletics staff.
After a 169-294 (.365) record with Oakland baseball over nine years, head coach John Musachio has been let go, according to a Golden Grizzlies press release.
“In the best interest of our student-athletes and the program, we decided to move in a different direction,” Oakland’s athletic director Jeff Konya said. “I thank John for his hard work and dedication to the program and wish the best to him and his family.”
“A national search for a baseball head coach will commence immediately,” the press release said.
