Members of Students for Concealed Carry on Campus at Oakland University will wear empty gun holsters to protest “the illogical, senseless, and authoritarian laws and ordinances that have been put in place by the state and this university.”

Members of the organization believe that policies against campus carry prevent students and faculty from protecting themselves on campus. It is part of a nationwide protest April 5-April 10.
