Because my mind has been completely dominated by all things Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce for the last two months — how time flies — and I know yours has too, this topic naturally arose.

There are some pop-culturally significant celebrity couples existing right under our noses — completely obscured by the mammoth that is Travis and Taylor — and I think it is my job to talk about them.

1. Jacob Elordi and Olivia Jade

Jacob Elordi is a movie star on the rise because of his role as Elvis Presley in Sofia Coppola’s “Priscilla” — as well as his role in Emerald Fennell’s “Saltburn” — but Swifties in Chiefs jerseys have you all forgetting that he is still dating USC scammer Olivia Jade. 

I do enjoy her vlogs of her eating her bacon, egg and cheese between naps in her gigantic bed and her TikToks of her “affordable” $100 fashion finds on The RealReal, but I think this pairing needs to be talked about more.

2. Harry Styles and Taylor Russell

After the “Don’t Worry Darling” debacle that took years off my life, I am glad that my beloved Harry Styles is nowhere to be found right now. He did just emerge, however, with a shaved head, so I’m just not going to engage with that.

Taylor Russell, on the other hand, I love to see out on the red carpets — as evidenced by my “Taylor Russell: Fashion’s new It Girl” article that I wrote in November 2022. I think this soft-spoken pair is very well-suited, so maybe we’ll see them out on a walk or something sometime soon.

3. Pete Davidson and Madelyn Cline

Usually, Pete Davidson’s dating life is the talk of the town, but not right now. News broke of Pete and “Outer Banks” star Madelyn Cline potentially dating in September — after his kind of long relationship with “Bodies Bodies Bodies” actress Chase Sui Wonders — but I don’t think anyone believed it.

The pair even made their debut as a couple while leaving an SNL afterparty in October, but it made no noise because Travis and Taylor were hand in hand out the other exit. Are we reaching the end of Pete Davidson’s run?

4. Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner

This one I kind of have to argue because this did rock Timothée Chalamet’s fans when he and Kylie Jenner were spotted openly kissing above the masses at Beyoncé’s birthday concert in September.

Rumors had been circulating of the two dating since about April, but everyone was making jokes that Kris Jenner was just working overtime. However, now Timothée and Kylie are gallivanting the globe together — taking on the US Open, Paris, SNL, award shows and more.

This just feels too normal now, and I think that is the overarching consensus. Why do I feel like Timothée Chalamet could just show up on an episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians” and I wouldn’t blink an eye?
