The Auburn Hills and Rochester Hills Fire Departments gave a blazing live demonstration about cooking safety outside the Oakland Center on Wednesday, Sept. 7. Participants could be instructed on proper fire extinguisher use, proper handling of Easy Mac ® (add water) and proper handling of grease fires (DO NOT add water).
