CONSTRUCTION LOTS AND PARKING SPOTS // Look outside any window on campus and you’ll see two things: snow and construction. On the bright side, one of OU’s latest projects is a brand-new parking structure located near Elliot Hall. The project is scheduled to be finished in Fall, 2014.
