Laval Lucas-Perry leaves U-M for Oakland
Former University of Michigan guard Laval Lucas-Perry is transferring to Oakland after being dismissed from the Wolverines basketball team this summer. Lucas-Perry will have to sit out this season before becoming eligible to join the Golden Grizzlies in 2010-2011.
Melissa Jeltema signs with pro team in Germany
Former OU standout Melissa Jeltema signed a contract to play with the Chemnitz Chemcats in Germany. The Chemcats play in the highest league of German basketball.
