World Music Summer Concert
The Oakland Center will present the World Music Summer Concert on Tuesday, June 19 from noon to 2:00 p.m. The concert will take place on the Oakland Center patio. Attendees can listen to the music of Pan-Jumbies, a Calypso and Soca music group and Akwaaba, an African music group. Admission is free for all event goers. For more information call 248-370-2030.
School of Business Administration offers CFP Exam
Oakland University’s School of Business Administration in partnership with Keir Educational Resources will offer exam review sessions for the Certified Financial Planner Exam. All attendees must meet the initial educational requirements of the CFP Board. From Thursday, June 21 through Sunday, June 24, this course will take place in 224 Elliot Hall from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tuition for this course is $850. “The Vegan Diet” course offered online
Oakland University’s School of Nursing will be offering a course titled “The Vegan Diet.” This is an online, 7-week course and begins on Sunday, June 24. This course is open for all OU students. Junior Golf Camp at Katke-Cousins Golf Course
