		<description>I understand it helps to avoid the commute to and from the university, but as a parent of a daughter with a disability, I would be very concerned for the safety of Micah. Students are likely to see him as a target to make fun of and be hurtful. This can happen to anyone - yes, but is Michah capable of handlng it, preventing it, since kids may see him as vulnerable. Yes i agree he has a RIGHT, but is it in the best interest of Micah&#039;s safety and well-being.</description>
